calendar_bizHave you booked a flight and found it difficult to put the itinerary into your calendar?  You can copy and paste, but this method should be streamlined, shouldn't it?  Google has done just that, if you use Google Apps for Work (GaW) (not available with the free Gmail subscription).

You probably have found it tedious and time consuming to copy and paste different airline notifications into your business calendar and thought surely there is a better way. On August 31, 2015 Google Announced for all GaW users who opted in for rapid release (for all other subscribers the release is scheduled for September 15, 2015) a streamline between Gmail and Calendar that will seamlessly take email flight notifications (also any hotel, restaurant, or ticketed event information) and automatically add to your Google Calendar, complete with things like flight numbers and check-in times (or hotel or restaurant reservation or any other ticketed event).

This feature will be enabled by default on desktop and mobile (both iOS and Android) for all Google Apps customers―with the exception of Google Apps for Government domains, for whom the feature is not available.
