But if you are seriously wanting to know the different options out there for your business and need a large number of video conference connections you should consider the following solutions:

CiscoWebExCisco Webex is for the serious business who wants up to at least 100 video connections at different locations that works on any mobile device with high performing technology that is easy to use. You can sign up for a two week trial for free which includes the premium features. There are four plans to choose from, a free plan that allows up to three people, the basic plan allows up to eight people which costs $19/month annual payment. gotomeetingGoToMeeting is a very popular solution that allows up to 3 people to video conference for free but also offers a business solution with two plans to choose from.

bluejeansBluejeans allows up to 25 people over video with multipoint group video conferencing on the cloud. Join a meeting from any video-enabled device or service, including Cisco, Polycom, Microsoft Lync, LifeSize, Cisco Jabber, web browser, mobile app (iOS or Android), and more. There is a free fourteen day trial.

itgVideoIntegrations Technologies Group, Inc. (ITG) is for serious business environments. This company provides all the hardware, including displays, projectors and integrates this within companies at multiple locations across the world. ITG provides hardware for mobile video conferencing for the military. If you have to ask about pricing, you can’t afford this service, but if you really need more information contact the ITG Consulting Services.

Free Video Conferencing Services

facetimeFaceTime is Apple’s free video conferencing using FaceTime or Messages.  ConnectedLiving is familiar with using Apple technology with any iOS mobile device to help you learn how to do this.  We will be happy to show you how easy this free service from Apple can work for you.

 

 

 

skype-150x150Skype Video Conferencing allows Group video calling can be between 3 and 10 people, depending on the device. Available on Windows desktop, Mac and Xbox One platforms, and will be coming soon on other platforms. Skype on Xbox One requires paid Xbox Live Gold membership.

Google+ Hangouts allows up to ten (10) video conference calls at the same time and is a free service. All you need is the Chrome browser or an iOS or Android mobile device. For Google Apps for Work customers you can have up to 15 video call conference calls at the same time which is included in the core suite which means having Google 24 hour support.
